For the ultimate high intensity, complete body work out, you cant beat Fitness Kickboxing! We have 30 heavy bags & a large selection of hand weights for use, with proven results in: weight loss, toning, strength, flexibility, stress relief & self confidence. You will be taught correct kickboxing technique by fully qualified martial arts instructors/fitness trainers, we encourage clients to start training at their own pace and increase your intensity as you progress.
Being a martial centre, we cater for a very diverse range of people, we pride ourselves in providing a respectful training environment, and can always provide low impact or alternate exersices for beginners or people with limited physical abilities. We also cater for athletes wanting to step up and diversify their training programs.
Class programs change from week to week, they generally include skipping (if able) bag work, pad work (Muay Thai & Kickboxing techniques) light high rep weights, heavy lower rep weights, core strength training and a broad range of isometric and static flexibility exercises.
